Gentis Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 94k/year - 109k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the North Reading, MA area.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
1+ year of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics roles
Strong experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience with product cost analysis or supply chain data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Plusses

Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, or PLM tools such as Agile
Experience with AI workflow tools or automation
Background in robotics or technology-driven supply chains
Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) or GA (General Availability) supply chain programs
Experience with process improvement initiatives
