Gentis Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Project Coordinator II (Spanish + English) to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 64k/year - 70k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Bellevue, WA area.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of Purchase Order Experience and 1+ years customer service experience
• Experience working with high-volume processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in VLookup and pivot-tables
• Experience working with CRM tools
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
Nice to Have
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
