About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Archer IRM Senior Developer to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 138k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior role with expertise in Archer IRM and Agile or Iterative project delivery methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and address technical issues effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation, written and verbal communication, and delivering clear, concise presentations
  • Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, and adaptability
  • Experience working independently in high-priority situations and under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business personnel and technical experts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and deliver process improvements or technology enhancements using business case justification methodology
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 40 hours of ongoing professional training annually, including 10+ hours relevant to this role
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, including professional Scrum practices

Nice to Have

  • Utility industry experience or background
  • Proficiency in Archer SaaS solutions, with both technical and business analyst capabilities
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification
  • Experience in a remote work environment or supporting a distributed team
