About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Application Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.
Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 135k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Blue Ash, OH area.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in application systems analysis, ideally supporting enterprise asset management and financial systems
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (configuration, support, and/or implementation)
- Experience integrating with financial applications (e.g., general ledger, invoicing, purchase orders, sourcing systems)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience supporting large enterprise systems and working across cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, transportation, facilities, or retail
- Familiarity with scripting, SQL, and Maximo Automation Scripting
- Experience working with systems supporting 10,000+ users
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service management practices
- DevOps experience
