About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a UKG Pro Implementation Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 166k/year - 181k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.
Must Have
- 7+ years of workforce management systems experience
- UKG Pro configuration and implementation experience
- Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Pro experience
- Large-scale workforce management implementation or migration experience
- Experience with pay policies, time capture, payroll integration, or multi-jurisdiction workforce requirements
- Partner management and data analysis experience
- Experience implementing tasks and validating work from a QA perspective
- Tier 2-3 escalation support experience
Plusses
- Go-live support experience with large enterprise companies
- UKG Pro configuration certification
- Boomi or similar integration tool certification
