Gentis Solutions is looking for a Technical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 114k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Tyler, TX area.

Requirements

2+ years of clinical or revenue cycle operations experience
Hands-on PC hardware installation and workstation support experience
Experience testing workstations, printers, applications, or technical environments
Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and technical issues
Experience following QA processes, documenting results, and independently managing assigned testing
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems related field, or 4 years of related IT or operational experience in a healthcare environment
