Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Power Supply Design Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 110k/year - 140k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Rochester, NY area.

Requirements

6+ years experience in business operations, chief of staff, business manager, or executive support roles
VP support experience
7+ years cross-functional project delivery experience, or MBA with 5+ years cross-functional project delivery experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience managing executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership briefings
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Experience supporting strategic planning, goals management, resource planning, or business reviews
Ability to drive cross-functional coordination, communication, and decision management
Strong executive presence with ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences
