About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 99k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing and Boolean search
- Experience recruiting across business roles (e.g., marketing, sales, program management, business analyst, vendor or risk roles)
- Experience building and managing candidate pipelines
- Experience conducting behavioral interviews and preparing candidates
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Ability to use recruiting data to guide sourcing and hiring decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work onsite full-time
