Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer (RF Systems) to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 110k/year - 140k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Rochester, NY area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience, graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years related RF experience in lieu of degree
4+ years RF systems experience
Hardware troubleshooting experience with analog and RF components/circuits
Component-level troubleshooting experience with units, modules, and boards
Product support engineering experience in manufacturing or production environments
Experience using ADS, Matlab, or similar simulation tools for circuit/component analysis
Experience using lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, or signal generators
Experience leading technical troubleshooting efforts or small technical teams

Plusses

Electrical Engineering degree
Tactical radio or power amplifier hardware experience
LabVIEW, Jira, or advanced Microsoft Office experience
Experience supporting yield improvement or shipment targets
Supplier-facing technical communication experience
