Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 142k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.

Requirements

7+ years Salesforce solution delivery experience
Salesforce design, configuration, development, integration, and implementation experience in complex, multi-vendor environments
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Lightning Platform, and Apex experience
MuleSoft, RESTful API, middleware, and Salesforce/non-Salesforce integration experience
Salesforce testing experience, including unit, SIT, UAT, regression, or performance testing
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality tools
Understanding of Salesforce security models, role-based access control, and compliance requirements
Jira, qTest, Agile, or test management tool experience

Plusses

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Salesforce certification
Utility or energy industry digital transformation experience
SAP, MuleSoft, API architecture, contact center, or non-Salesforce integration experience
AI-powered Salesforce tool experience, such as Einstein
Salesforce data migration or master data management experience
Salesforce change management or user adoption experience
