Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 114k/year - 135k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.

Senior Instructional Designer – Leadership Development (Global Capabilities Center)

What they're looking for

Someone who can design and develop engaging leadership training that prepares leaders to effectively partner with and manage work across a Global Capabilities Center (GCC). This isn't just eLearning—it's organizational change, leadership enablement, and communication.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design leadership development curriculum for managers working with a Global Capabilities Center.

  • Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning content.

  • Develop engaging eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

  • Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, videos, and quick reference materials.

  • Partner with HR, Organizational Change Management, Communications, and business leaders.

  • Conduct needs assessments and translate business objectives into learning solutions.

  • Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

  • Help leaders understand cultural collaboration, communication, and operating models within a global organization. Ideal Background

  • 5-10+ years of Instructional Design experience.

  • Leadership development experience.

  • Experience supporting organizational transformations or large change initiatives.

  • Experience working with offshore or Global Capability Centers (India, Mexico, Eastern Europe, etc.) is a huge plus.

  • Corporate environment (Fortune 500 preferred).

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Likely Tools
