About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 70/day - 79.2/day per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related); Construction Management degree acceptable with strong relevant experience
- 8+ years of relevant engineering and project delivery experience
- 5+ years of design experience on commercial, industrial, or other complex construction projects
- 2+ years of formal project management experience with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Construction engineering background with field experience supporting active builds
- Experience managing large-scale, complex construction programs (data center or mission-critical environments preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to operate across both engineering and program management functions
- Proficiency with Smartsheets for project tracking and reporting
Plusses
- 2+ years of mission-critical facility design or technical program management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- PMP certification
- Graduate degree in Engineering or related field
