Gentis Solutions is looking for a BIM Coordinator - Mechanical Piping to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 75k/year - 90k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

5 to 10 years mechanical piping detailing, BIM coordination, or VDC leadership experience
Strong mechanical piping systems, fabrication methods, and construction practices knowledge
Advanced Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage experience
BIM/VDC coordination experience, including clash detection and constructability review
Experience coordinating mechanical piping systems, such as HVAC piping, hydronic systems, process piping, plumbing, or specialty piping
Experience producing fabrication-ready drawings, spool sheets, installation drawings, hanger layouts, or field coordination documents
Experience conducting QC reviews of models, drawings, and coordination deliverables
BIM leadership or team management experience
Valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 required

Plusses

Fabrication software experience, such as Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, Revit Fabrication Parts, Stratus, or similar
Industrial, healthcare, mission critical, pharmaceutical, or large commercial construction experience
Prefabrication or modular construction workflow experience
Field installation or shop fabrication operations experience
Laser scanning, point cloud integration, or model-based layout technology experience
