Gentis Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 55k/year - 89k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Gallipolis, OH area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
3+ years quality-related experience
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 experience
Electric motor, electrical component, or manufacturing process troubleshooting experience
Root cause analysis and corrective action experience using PDCA, 5-Why, or 8D
Quality documentation experience, including Control Plans, PFMEA, PPAP, or work instructions
Internal audit experience, including corrective and preventive actions
Measurement tool and inspection equipment experience
Experience reviewing drawings, product specifications, KPIs, or quality reports
Strong Microsoft Office, analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Plusses

Supplier quality or supplier performance tracking experience
Launch, validation, or quality training experience
Manufacturing environment experience
