Gentis Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 83k/year - 94k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Westborough, MA area.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
3 to 5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical testing experience
3+ years hardware testing, validation, or reliability engineering experience
Python, Linux, MATLAB, Arduino, SOLIDWORKS, or Fusion 360 experience
Experience with test software, data systems, scripts, and data acquisition systems
Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with tools and measurement devices
Experience executing complex test plans with minimal oversight
Experience setting up tests, experiments, verification activities, and prototype support
Experience maintaining, repairing, or calibrating test equipment and fixtures
Experience with sway table testing, strain gauge monitoring, test documentation, data analysis, and formal test reports

Plusses

Additional scripting software experience
Strong experience providing structured test feedback to engineering teams
Experience troubleshooting technical or process issues in testing environments
