Gentis Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Tech to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 62k/year - 77k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the North Reading, MA area.

Must Have

2+ years hands-on Hardware Technician experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2 to 4 years software and electro-mechanical testing experience
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering background
Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with tools, measurement devices, test equipment, and fixtures
Experience using test software, data systems, and running scripts
Experience setting up and executing tests, experiments, verification activities, and prototype builds
Experience collecting/analyzing test data, maintaining documentation, and contributing to test reports
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide structured feedback to engineering teams

Plusses

Functional or environmental testing experience
Basic computer language knowledge
Experience training robots using AI models
