About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 113k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 4–5 years of experience in project management
- Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using Asana or other project management software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience taking meeting notes and sending clear updates
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to track work and keep projects on schedule

- Experience using a PLM tool
- Experience creating trackers or dashboards
- Experience supporting branding or rebranding projects
- Experience working with suppliers or external partners
- Experience helping scale or support growing teams
