Project Coordinator II
About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator II to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 114k/year - 125k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Sunnyvale, CA area.
Must Have
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3+ years of Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting the product development lifecycle, including understanding key milestones and project dependencies.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience using collaboration and project tracking tools such as SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting consumer electronics or hardware product launches.
• Familiarity with consumer devices such as Fire TV or Echo products.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and escalate issues appropriately.
