Gentis Solutions is looking for a Plumbing Estimator to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 95k/year - 110k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
10+ years of commercial plumbing or heating experience, or completion of an approved apprenticeship program with 3+ years as a Journeyman
10+ years of estimating experience
Journeyman Plumber license, Journeyman HVAC license, or equivalent experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation
Good math skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate professionally with peers, co-workers, and customers
Ability to conduct scope reviews with clients and customers
Eyesight correctable to 20/50
Ability to tour job sites, climb ladders, and get on and off equipment as needed

Estimation software experience
QuickBooks or Quicken experience
