About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Physical Security Coordinator to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 52k/year - 60k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Columbus, OH area.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in administrative, data, reporting, compliance, or related work
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint experience
- Experience with data entry, data validation, reporting, records management, or administrative tracking
- Experience working with spreadsheets, detailed records, and large amounts of data
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field
Plusses
- SharePoint administration experience
- Power BI or Power Automate experience
- Experience with large datasets and reporting
- Exposure to audits, compliance, records management, or project coordination
- Internship experience in corporate security, compliance, technology, facilities, or business operations
