Gentis Solutions is looking for a NDT Inspector to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 56k/year - 64k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform Non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection to ensure compliance with specified

requirements at the receiving, in-process, and final stages of the process.

. Bond Testing related to Alloy and Brazing, Die Penetrant and X-Ray

• Read instructions, drawings, specifications, or sample parts / gauges to determine

compliance of dimensions and tolerances of finished work.

• Perform visual, and Non-destructive testing inspection on parts. Ensure applicable

documentation is complete, i.e. revision status, router sign off, test reports, and computer

data entry.

• Retrieve information: bills of material, specifications, procedures, and drawings from

computerized manufacturing software.

• Understand requirements of NADCAP, FAA, DCMA, customer and international standards that

apply to quality, as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Pass Certified NDT Level II Inspector Qualification in a reasonable time frame.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1-3 years related Quality

experience and / or training preferred.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,

common fractions, and decimals.

• Effectively communicate in both oral and written forms.

• Ability to pass a vision exam (near vision and color).

• Meets NAS 410 Level II requirements.

• Extensive NDT background (typically Level II experience + formal education or many years

of experience).

• Passes advanced general, specific, and practical exams.

• Can approve techniques and procedures, select inspection methods, and provide technical

oversight.

• Conducts/oversees training for Level I.
