About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Medical Device Field Service Technician to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 52k/year - 73k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the , area.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years field service, medical device support, or related technical experience
- Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medical equipment
- Strong electronics, mechanical systems, and diagnostic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Customer service and communication skills
- Territory management, service documentation, and independent field work experience
- Ability to work in clinical settings and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Plusses
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- CBET or similar certification
- Experience with beds/stretchers, patient monitoring, or diagnostic devices
- Medical device networking or IT systems experience
- FDA, ISO, or regulated medical device environment experience
