About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Landscape Architect, Project Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 0.07k/year - 0.08k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

  • Licensed Landscape Architect (Ohio license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, including at least 2 years in a project management role

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Land FX

  • Demonstrated experience in developing master plans, parks and recreation projects, site planning, and urban design

  • Solid knowledge of grading, planting design, and construction detailing

  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Ability to lead client communications, presentations, and stakeholder meetings

  • Experience overseeing construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and contractor coordination 

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting business development efforts such as proposal writing, networking, and client cultivation

  • Familiarity working in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and surveying teams

  • Strong design sensibility with a focus on creative, functional, and sustainable solutions

  • Background integrating landscape architecture into infrastructure and urban planning initiatives

  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience with junior staff

  • Knowledge of permitting and bidding processes
