Gentis Solutions is looking for a Industrial Engineer, Sheet Metal Fabrication to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 75k/year - 80k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Florence, KY area.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, product design, or a related field
Extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
Expert ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of sheet metal layouts, fabrication methods, raw materials, tooling, and manufacturing tolerances
Experience developing products from concept through production while managing multiple deadlines

Plusses

Experience programming CNC equipment using Striker software
Experience in custom metal fabrication or retail display manufacturing
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Experience troubleshooting production and manufacturing issues
