Gentis Solutions is looking for a Industrial Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 70k/year - 85k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Gallipolis, OH area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field
2 to 5 years of experience in motor manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, or similar discrete manufacturing environment
Industrial engineering and process improvement experience in manufacturing
Experience optimizing workflows, labor utilization, material flow, quality, and production efficiency
Experience with time studies, line balancing, ergonomic assessments, SOPs, process maps, or work instructions
Root cause analysis experience using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, or FMEA
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
Experience supporting cross-functional production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, or R&D teams

Plusses

PLC programming experience
Robotics or automated assembly cell experience, including FANUC, ABB, or similar systems
CAD experience, including SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Electric motor manufacturing experience, including magnetization, winding, stator/rotor assembly, balancing, impregnation, or testing operations
ISO 9000, ISO 14000, safety, quality, environmental, or regulatory support experience
