About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 42k/year - 56k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR or people operations role
- Experience supporting global HR processes or teams
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HR systems and tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with data and reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Plusses
- AI certification or familiarity with AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume HR environments
- Experience improving or maintaining HR processes
