About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a HR Call Center Support to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 42k/year - 48k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Austin, TX area.
Must Have
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Clear, concise communication with a calm, professional tone
- Experience handling HR-related calls, case intake, or employee questions
- Ability to find and use KBAs/resources to answer questions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to answer the question being asked
- Experience managing cases in Salesforce or a similar ticketing system
- Ability to handle 20-25 calls daily with an average call time of 10 minutes
- Ability to route cases to the appropriate partners
