Gentis Solutions is looking for a Horizontal Product Manager - DC Capabilities (ERP) to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 164k/year - 181k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

5+ years product management experience in supply chain, distribution, ERP, or warehouse technology
ERP/Oracle supply chain workflow and data flow experience
DC-facing product experience, including WMS, inventory, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management
Horizontal/platform product experience across multiple business units or geographies
Cross-functional experience with operations, supply chain, IT, ERP, engineering, or system integrator teams
Experience translating business needs into product specifications and tracking product KPIs

Plusses

Oracle Retail/Supply Chain module experience
Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Oracle WMS experience
WMS and ERP integration experience
Retail, wholesale, or large-scale distribution experience
Agile/Scrum product delivery experience
