About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Fleet Services Clerk to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 40k/year - 40k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Nashville, TN area.

Must Haves

  1. Title / DMV / Compliance Experience (or adjacent)
  • Vehicle titles, registrations, lien releases, or DMV paperwork

  • OR transferable: auto finance, dealership ops, logistics documentation, fleet admin

    1. Extreme Attention to Detail
  • Ability to catch VIN mismatches, mileage discrepancies, missing signatures

  • Understands that small errors = legal/financial risk

    1. Process + Documentation Management
  • Comfortable handling high-volume paperwork and digital records

  • Experience with systems (fleet software, auction platforms, Excel, Maximo, etc.)

    1. Communication + Follow-Through
  • Coordinating with auction houses, vendors, buyers/sellers

  • Not afraid to chase down missing documents or resolve issues

    1. Ownership Mindset
  • Doesn’t just “process”—they fix problems (missing titles, errors, delays)

  1. Basic Financial/Admin Exposure

• • Processing payments, invoices, tolls, or asset tracking

Shift

  • 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
