ERP Developer

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Work with an agile team to deliver high value, high quality software.
• Perform thorough code review and testing of other developers’ contributions.
• Provide elevated support and maintenance across multiple platforms.
• Assist with architecting new software solutions and implement them with minimal oversight.
• Availability for occasional off-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned by the ERP Manager or Director of Software Development.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in ERP development.
• Expert with IBM iSeries, RPG (III, IV, LE), CLP, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, coding, code review, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Lifelong learner with excellent communication skills and an effective team player.
• Experience working in a mission-critical environment.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and database administration..
• experience working with EDI document generation, processing, and transmission.
