About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Equipment Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 80k/year - 90k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Wittmann, AZ area.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5-10+ years of work experience in a hands-on mechanical/electrical engineering environment, designing, optimizing, maintaining, and improving complex electro-mechanical equipment
- In-depth understanding of industrial electronics and electrical controls/systems, including PLC’s, motors, relays, timers, switches, overcurrent protection and controls
Desired Skills
- Proficient with 3D CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.)
- Experience with structural framework and weld design
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication design
- Experience in database administration
- Skill in PLC programming (CRBasic or others)
