About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Enterprise Strategic Category Sourcing Manager - Staff Augmentation to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 110k/year - 125k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Must Have
- Strategic sourcing experience across professional services, consulting, staff augmentation, MSP, and BPO categories
- Experience developing and owning long-term category strategies
- Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
- Experience leading RFP, RFI, or RFQ sourcing processes
- Strong supplier relationship and performance management experience
- Executive-level experience presenting, influencing, and negotiating with senior leadership
Plusses
- Experience managing large global consulting, MSP, or BPO providers
- Experience working with major enterprise consulting and outsourcing firms
- Experience managing MSP provider relationships
