Gentis Solutions is looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 95k/year - 110k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Wilmington, OH area.

Must Have

2 to 5 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience
Proven PCBA design experience, including schematics, layouts, Gerbers, engineering drawings, and BOMs, preferably using Altium Designer
Embedded software or firmware development and troubleshooting experience using C and C++
Hands-on experience with DC motor controls and lithium battery applications
Experience integrating motors, microcontrollers, sensors, wireless communications, displays, connectors, harnesses, and related electrical components
Experience supporting product development from concept through commercialization, including testing, validation, and troubleshooting

Plusses

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
New Product Introduction experience
SolidWorks or SolidWorks PDM experience
Medical device or ISO 13485 experience
Experience with FDA, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/EEC, or MDR requirements
Familiarity with IEC, UL, UN, CSA, CE, or EN electrical standards
