Gentis Solutions is looking for a Electrical Designer to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 95k/year - 150k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the St. Petersburg, FL area.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of electrical engineering experience for mid-level candidates or 7 to 11 years for senior-level candidates
Strong building electrical design experience with the ability to design systems through SD, DD, and Construction Documents, not just draft or model
Experience designing electrical systems for multi-family high-rise, hospitality, residential, or similar commercial buildings
Proficiency in Revit
Experience leading, delegating work to, and mentoring team members, with strong client-facing communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field

Plusses

Multi-family high-rise experience, including apartments, hotels, condos, or student housing
Hospital, data center, restaurant, or other commercial building design experience
PE license
