About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Electrical BIM Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 115k/year - 140k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Sterling, VA area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an architecture/engineering consulting firm or contractor
- Strong working knowledge of the electrical construction business
- Hands-on proficiency with Revit Architecture/MEP (2010 or later) and AutoCAD 2D/3D; formal training alone is not sufficient
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a team-based environment
- Ability to work under pressure and interact professionally with all levels of staff and management
Nice to Have
- Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise systems
