Gentis Solutions is looking for a Design & Fabrication Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Compensation for this position ranges from 73k/year - 94k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

Mechanical construction or installation experience with a strong understanding of fabrication and field installation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and maintain repeatable processes
Experience coordinating work across field, fabrication, and project teams
Working knowledge of mechanical, piping, utility, or fabrication environments
Experience reviewing piping or mechanical configurations and identifying installation or coordination issues
Strong organization and follow-through with the ability to manage issues through resolution
