About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Data Center Commissioning PM to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 104k/year - 114k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Sparks, NV area.
Must Have
- 5 to 6 years of combined experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, controls, or data center commissioning
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on project management and controls experience
- Experience reviewing engineering design documents, commissioning documentation, or test scripts
- Experience coordinating technical work across engineering, construction, commissioning, or project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical experience
Plusses
- 2 to 4 years of commissioning experience
- 1 to 2 years of commissioning coordination experience
- Electrical design or electrical engineering experience
- Mechanical engineering experience
- Data center or Construction MEP experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
