About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Business Manager / Chief of Staff to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.
Compensation for this position ranges from 125k/year - 144k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Seattle, WA area.
Must Have
- 6+ years experience in business operations, chief of staff, business manager, or executive support roles
- VP support experience
- 7+ years cross-functional project delivery experience, or MBA with 5+ years cross-functional project delivery experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience managing executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership briefings
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Experience supporting strategic planning, goals management, resource planning, or business reviews
- Ability to drive cross-functional coordination, communication, and decision management
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences
