Gentis Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 71k/year - 80k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Culver City, CA area.

Must Have

4 to 6 years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience supporting finance systems or enterprise planning tools
Experience translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
Experience evaluating business processes and designing improved workflows, including wireframes and UI/UX recommendations
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data modeling, and scenario analysis
Working SQL knowledge for querying relational databases, validating data, and tracing data lineage
Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and executing UAT

Plusses

TM1, Planning Analytics, or Apliqo experience
ETL pipeline or data warehouse experience, including Redshift, Andes, or similar platforms
FP&A knowledge, including forecasting, actuals vs. plan variance, and dimensional modeling
Media, streaming, or subscription business experience
