Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional licensure in architecture (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture post-graduation
- Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary project teams on various building types
- Proficient in using Revit for the production of construction drawings
- Proficient in technical specification writing
- Experience with all aspects of construction administration, including:
- Construction observation (job site walk-throughs)
- Pay application review
- Preparation of change orders
- Conducting and attending job-site meetings
- Project close-out
Nice to Have
- Ability to use AutoCAD and Sketchup
