About the Job

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Architect to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. The client has expressed an interest in hiring the individual after project completion. Consulting engagements of this type typically last an average of 3-6 months.

Compensation for this position ranges from 73k/year - 100k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position requires the individual to be located in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience as a Project Architect.

  • Licensure: Registered professional architect or on the path to licensure.

  • Project Expertise: Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead a project team, manage processes, and represent the firm to clients and contractors.

  • Collaboration: Skilled in coordinating with internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.

  • Budget Management: Experience managing internal project budgets.

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in the following:

  • Revit

  • AutoCAD

  • EnScape

  • Bluebeam (Revu)

  • SketchUp

  • Word

  • Excel

  • Outlook

  • Teams

  • Additional Software Skills: Proficiency in:

  • Illustrator

  • Photoshop

  • Factor

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Diverse Projects: Familiarity with different types of architectural projects.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel once or twice a month for 1-2 days.

  • Business Development: Ability to interface with past clients and contacts to develop new work for the office.
