Gentis Solutions is looking for a Application Analyst to join our team. This role is part of our Professional Consultants group, working directly with clients to accomplish their goals. Consulting engagements typically last an average of 12 months but often extend in duration.

Compensation for this position ranges from 146k/year - 208k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.

This position allows for individuals to work fully remote anywhere in the continental US.

Requirements

Heavy Epic Revenue Cycle experience
Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB) experience
Epic build, production support, workflow optimization, and application maintenance experience
Healthcare application support experience in Revenue Cycle, RCM, PFS, claims, denials, charge capture, or revenue integrity
Experience analyzing business requirements, workflows, and operational needs
Experience designing, testing, documenting, implementing, and supporting Epic applications
UAT, upgrade, go-live, or implementation support experience
Experience working with end users, operational leaders, vendors, and support teams
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

Plusses
