About the Job
Gentis Solutions is looking for a Accounting Manager to join our client's team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview.
Compensation for this position ranges from 110k/year - 120k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
This position requires the individual to be located in the Troy, OH area.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or financial controlling experience
- Strong general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, audit, and tax experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience, including inventory and cost accounting
- Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes, controls, documentation, and accountability
- Strong US GAAP knowledge with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Plusses
- Multi-site manufacturing experience
- IFRS and international or foreign parent company experience
- Factoring experience
- Experience with Infor SyteLine, Sage, QuickBooks, Epicor, Odoo, or a comparable ERP
- Experience rebuilding, restructuring, or standardizing an accounting department
- CPA, MBA, or another advanced degree
